About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our team on a commission basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in the roofing and cladding industry and a strong network of contacts in the high-end construction and restoration sectors. You will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and property owners, and closing deals on premium roofing and cladding solutions.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the luxury roofing and cladding market.
Build and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, and property owners.
Present and promote our range of high-quality roofing and cladding materials, including copper, zinc, lead, and slate.
Provide expert advice on material selection, installation processes, and project timelines.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, materials, and techniques.
Collaborate with the project management and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
Proven sales experience in the roofing, cladding, or construction industry, preferably with high-end or luxury projects.
Strong knowledge of roofing and cladding materials, particularly metals such as copper, zinc, lead, and premium materials like slate.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
Established network within the construction, architectural, or high-end residential sectors.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
