2 Queen & Yonge
Restoring the exterior façade of the 2 Queen & Yonge building. Scope of work included cornice work, snow guards, flashings, muntz s-bands and cladding. All cornice work is Lead Coated Copper (LCC). 2 Queen Store front is made out of in house patina muntz.

Thornbury Home

Adamson Estate
Adamson Estate located on the Mississauga waterfront scope of work included removing clay tiles, store and sort. Re waterproof the entire building, replace damaged heritage tiles with reclaimed tiles. Copper work, custom inlaid gutter, windows and flashings.
