About the Role
Aimed Group is a leading roofing and restoration company specializing in high-quality craftsmanship and historical restorations. We are currently seeking an experienced Tile Roofer (i.e., slate, cedar, tiles, synthetic systems) to join our team. Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain tile roofing systems according to project specifications.
Assess roof conditions, identify issues, and provide professional solutions.
Work with a variety of traditional roofing materials, ensuring proper techniques are applied for longevity and aesthetic appeal.
Ensure work meets industry standards and complies with local building codes.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
Maintain clean and organized work sites, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and team members.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in installing and repairing clay tile roofs.
Familiarity with historical restoration projects is a plus.
Knowledge of roofing materials, tools, and safety procedures.
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical ability to handle heavy materials and work at heights.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Relevant certifications or training in roofing preferred.
Pay: Starting at $30.00/hour
